No — we provide the equipment (The Portable Bar), but not staffing. However, we can recommend local bartenders if needed.
How many guests can one portable bar handle?
A single unit of The Portable Bar by Bob's Cold Storage can typically serve 75–150 guests depending on drink type and service speed.
Can I pair this with additional refrigeration?
Yes — many clients bundle The Portable Bar by Bob's Cold Storage with a refrigerated trailer for extra storage, especially for large events or multi-day rentals.
Is it suitable for outdoor Pacific Northwest weather?
Yes — The Portable Bar by Bob's Cold Storage is built for outdoor use and performs well in typical Pacific Northwest conditions, including summer heat and cooler evenings.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding and summer event seasons.
What are the power requirements?
The Portable Bar plugs into any standard 110V power supply. We recommend that Portable Bar be the only item plugged into that circuit.
Do you provide the kegs and product?
We do not provide kegs or alcohol. The Portable Bar comes with C02, so all you have to do is attach your keg and provide your alcohol and you are ready to pour.
