Refrigeration Maintenance is probably not currently on the top of your to-do list if you are anything like us. You like the winter, but have had enough. I think it is fair to say at this point in March we have all had enough. We all have our own coping strategies on how to deal with the endless gray skies and relentless rain broken up only by the occasional ice or snow storms. Some people like to hibernate and wait until summer returns. Who can blame them. Others pack their bags and follow the sun south. Who wouldn’t if they could?. Some people, like us put on our work clothes and build more refrigerated trailers.
This winter we built more 110 volt, 20 amp, 350 cubic foot freezers. Our newest model made with a kingtec refrigeration system can hit and hold temperatures as low as -4*f or -20*C. We know that these freezer trailer are not for everyone. They are not the best trailers for an off grid catered event, but they weren’t built for that. These trailers are built with refrigeration maintenance in mind. We have talked to several refrigeration contractors, store and restaurant owners and this is what they have asked for. So we made more of these. However these are also ideally suited for the professional caterer working a large event events or food stands at festivals.
Spring time is refrigeration maintenance time.
